Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping & Delivery
- Processing & Transit Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Most standard parcel purchases are shipped to arrive within 5-10 business days after the order is received. Expedited shipping is available for in-stock items. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Standard Rates: All standard parcel orders will be charged a flat fee of $12.99.
- Furniture & Large Items: Items that are not shippable via standard parcel are available to be delivered in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan via our white glove delivery company. These rates vary based on zip code, are calculated in the shopping cart, and labeled "Service Delivery." Once received, Service Delivery will schedule a date directly with you. Basic Freight Furniture Delivery is available for other applicable regions.
- In-Store Pickup: Available and can be selected at checkout.
- Special Regions: For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact our Customer Care team.
Order Tracking & Liability
- Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours.
- Liability: Taylor Creek is not liable for any products damaged or lost by the carrier during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. or to foreign territories.
