What is Taylor Creek Points & Perks?
Points & Perks is our customer rewards program. You earn points when you shop, plus enjoy member offers, early notice of select promotions, and opportunities to earn bonus points throughout the year.
How do I join?
Just share your email address with us at checkout, or sign up through our online rewards portal. If we already have your email address on file, you’re automatically enrolled. Welcome!
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Membership is free, and we’re happy to have you.
Why do you need my email address?
Your email address connects you to your rewards account and helps our staff find your points at checkout. It’s also where we send your perks, offers, and rewards updates.
How do I earn points?
You earn one point for every dollar you spend. When shopping in the store, let us know you’re a member so we can connect your purchase to your account.
Shopping on our website? Points from your online purchases are automatically added to your balance.
What can I get with my points?
Your points turn into savings on a future purchase:

200 - $10 off
300 - $15 off
400 - $20 off
You can use your points at any of these levels. No need to wait for the largest reward.
Do my points start over each month?
No. Your points build across visits and seasons, giving you time to work toward your next reward.
Can I keep earning after I reach 400 points?
Yes! You’ll continue earning points when you shop. The largest individual reward is $20 off at 400 points.
How do I use my points in the store?
Let us know at checkout that you’d like to use a reward. We’ll look up your account using your email address and help you with your available options.
Do my points expire?
Your points stay with you as long as you make a purchase or use a member offer at least once every six months. Each time you do, your six-month clock starts fresh.
If you haven’t been active for six months, your points will expire. We’ll send you an email before that happens so you have time to stop in and keep your points.
What are perks? Do I need points to enjoy them?
Perks are another way we say thank you for being a member. They include member offers, early notice of select promotions, and bonus point opportunities.
You don’t need to reach 100 points to enjoy perks. Keep an eye on your inbox to see what’s coming your way.
Will I still receive paper rewards in the mail?
Points & Perks is now digital, so future rewards and offers will arrive by email. Check your inbox for your next little thank-you from Taylor Creek.
What about a paper reward I already received?
We’ll still honor rewards we’ve already issued. You don’t need to provide an email address to use an existing reward.
I don’t see my rewards email. What should I do?
Take a quick look in your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us or ask during your next visit. We’re happy to check that we have the correct email address on your account.
