Return Conditions & Fees
- Condition: All returned items must be unused, in sellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged Items: If an order arrives damaged, please contact info@taylorcreektheideastore.com within 5 business days with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Return Process (Within 30 Days)
- Step 1: Package the item securely with the appropriate packing materials.
- Step 2: On the packing slip, please indicate the reason for your return.
- Step 3: Ship it back to us at: 919 S Taylor Street, Green Bay, WI 54303 ATTN: Returns.
- Step 4: Upon inspection, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 14 days.
Note: Online purchases can also be returned in-store to Taylor Creek within 30 days of receipt, provided the original order number is included.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
- Christmas merchandise is accepted until the earlier of 30 days or December 20th.
- Sale items, special orders, and food items are strictly non-returnable (Final Sale).
- No returns or adjustments are accepted after 30 days from the date of order.
