How do I sign up?
All sign up for the Rewards is done on this page. Click the Sign Up Here button.
Fill out the required fields and hit the Submit button. You will then be sent an email for confirmation. You will need to click the link provided in the email to confirm your interest in the program. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, the email may have been sent to your spam folder. to ensure delivery, add rewards@taylorcreek.net to your address book.
What is the new program?
Taylor Creek’s new program gives more loyal customers more options to save. Instead of spending our advertising budget exclusively on TV, Radio and Newspaper advertising, we’re giving that money back to our loyal customers via unadvertised discounts. The new rewards program is designed to give our loyal customers opportunities to save in the store all year long.
The Rewards program brings the best values and the newest ideas to our customers via the Internet. Emails introduce our freshest products, decorating inspiration and party tips, as well as unadvertised discounts available only to Rewards customers.
Is the new reward program free?
Yes.
The new rewards program does not require a fee or a purchase. The club is exclusive to the Internet and email, so participants must provide a valid email address.
I liked the old program! Why the switch?
The new program benefits more people.
Many of our customers told us they enjoyed browsing the store, discovering our new products and decorating ideas. While the old program rewarded purchases, the new program offers more reasons to come back and browse the store, even if you haven’t purchased.
Our buyers are always uncovering new and exciting products. The new rewards program allows customers to get the latest updates and product ideas. Plus, rewards shoppers are emailed special, unadvertised discounts on a monthly basis. The bottom line is that Taylor Creek is converting a major portion of our advertising budget into direct discounts for loyal customers. We’d rather spend the money on you than run ads.
I don’t have email? What do I do?
In-store specials will be identified with signage and rewards members who have no email address can take advantage of any rewards program savings while at the store. Non-email members will miss out on personalized offers and advanced notice of sales.
The free rewards program can only be free if Taylor Creek uses the Internet to communicate with customers. You will need a valid e-mail address to receive the latest offers and information.
Do I have to renew my status each year?
Yes.
On your year anniversary, you’ll be asked to update your profile and participate in a survey to help Taylor Creek better serve you in the future.
